in virginia, the grading scale is extremely harsh on students. it takes a 94 to get an A, and a 69 is failing. because of this, i have a 2.9 GPA (which would probably be around a 3.2 - 3.4 in other states). is this going to hurt me when applying to college and universities, or will they take into ac...
